I set an intention to complete things and focus on my health this coming year. Yup, and I got a head start today!I know, I know, holidays are not over yet. But, I really felt compelled to move my body and jump start my 2010 health goal BEFORE New Year's Day.
By the way, If you have a few things you want to finish BEFORE end of 2009, and you'd like to get IT done (whatever IT is) tomorrow (that's Monday 12/28), hop over here IMMEDIATELY:

(it's not too late to sign up and it's F*REE!!)
Anyway, I hope you had an absolutely wonderful holiday with your family!! Did you get to have some ME TIME? I hope so. :) Besides spending quality time with my dear family, I got some time to read some books I'd been dying to read, play with my camera, and let myself sleep in. Our kids got up early on Christmas day to make breakfast for us. Ah, feels like paradise. :)
Like I said, I set an intention to COMPLETE things and focus on my health. I got my annual physical a few days before Christmas and annual mammogram on Christmas Eve, just because I want to complete this year's check-ups before the year ends. One of the holiday gifts I ordered for my hubby is a Vita-Mix 5200 blender, because I want to make yummy green smoothies for our family. Today I went to the gym with my dear hubby, who happens to be a top-notch certified personal trainer. Actually he is a research scientist with a corporate job and a THRIVING personal training business on the side (guess who is his business coach? Yes, it's yours truly!) Anyway, I had a GREAT workout, and a head start for my health goal for 2010. Feels sooooo good to work out again - I've been kind of inactive for awhile. Yes, it can happen to ANYONE, even if you have a top-notch personal trainer hubby. LOL!
Hey, if your goal is to lose weight, get back in shape and/or improve your health, stay tuned. I asked my hubby to give some tips for those who "accidentally" ate a little too much over the holidays (who hasn't done that before, right?) There are some "damage control" strategies YOU can apply right away. I will be sharing his tips very soon, so watch this space.
In the meantime, I hope you join me tomorrow (Monday 12/28) for the Power Action Day to get IT done (whatever IT is for you).
It's totally F*REE because this is my holiday gift for you!
