Just found this cool tool at About.com called Symptom Checker. It's an interactive online assessment designed by Harvard Medical School. You can narrow down your symptoms by part of your body or name of the symptom, then answer a series of yes-no questions to further narrow down the possible cause of your symptoms. It doesn't have all the symptoms in the world, of course, but it's a good self-help tool to use before you run to the doctor's.
