I hope you're having a fabulous summer so far. We had a blast at the beach and by the pool last weekend, soaking up enough sun to make up for a rainy day like today. :)

3. Natural Health magazine interviewed me the other day for their Ask The Expert column and the topic is "How do I make my new year's resolutions stick". It's for their December 2009 issue. This is my first interview with a national magazine, so I'm very excited. I'll keep you posted.
