I was interviewed by Lesly Federici, The Green RN. Lesly and I talked about my personal journey as a doctor's daughter who grew up in Taiwan, became a registered nurse, moved to the U.S. barely speaking English and not knowing anyone, the challenges I had to overcome to transform myself to a successful coach, keynote speaker, wife and mom of two. We talked about the lessons I learned along the way, including my personal experience with stress and burnout as a nurse and a mom, how I learned the importance of Intensive Self-Care, which became the basis of my life coaching practice and my upcoming new book Intensive Care for the Nurturer's Soul: 7 Keys to Nurture Yourself While Caring for Others. Of course, I shared the 7 keys for creating more joy, peace and balance as discussed in my book.
