My husband commented the other day about the dramatic turnaround I have made since last winter, and we were both amazed. I've long stopped using pain killers, neck traction, physical therapy, and inhaler, and I haven't got sick (knock on wood!), not even once this winter, despite some severe weather here in northern NJ. I'm back to martial arts training and other activities I love. I'm SO grateful for regaining my health!!!
