Give yourself the gift of time... to be with your thoughts, to daydream, to smell the roses or watch the sunset, to laugh and play like a child, to do something you love, or do absolutely nothing at all.
Give yourself the gift of compassion and loving kindness... to love and accept yourself just as you are (including all the imperfections, or what I like to call the "quirky qualities"); to allow yourself to learn & grow from trial and errors; and to forgive & release yourself from your past "mistakes" (Remember, there are no mistakes, because you've made the best choice you could at each given moment).
Give yourself the gift of love and respect... to honor yourself, your values and your needs; to give yourself permission to say no once in a while; to put your self-care as a top priority; to stand up for yourself and speak your mind; to expect the same level of love & respect from others.
Give yourself the gift of dreams... to believe in yourself and your ability to achieve anything you desire; to listen to your heart and trust the guidance of your own intuition; to have the courage to take the first step and every step thereafter until you reach your dreams.
