Our Teleclass "Intensive Self-Care Strategies" went very well today. I'd like to say thank you to everyone who attended our Teleclass. I was invited by my co-presenter Kathy Atkinson (owner of Creative Life Coaching) to talk about the importance of Intensive Self-Care and strategies to nurture yourself, while you nurture others. We talked about the definition & importance of Intensive Self-Care, the underlying cause of "over-nurturing", the warning signs of Nurturing Burnout & the consequences, the common stumbling blocks that keep you from nurturing yourself, and how to use my C.P.R. model to create more balance, inner peace and time for yourself. Then Kathy led us through the EFT process to break the resistance such as guilt or Gremlin messages that prevent you from making yourself a top priority. The Teleclass was about 70 minutes long, and packed with valuable information.
Kathy and I were pleased to see so many people signed up for our Teleclass, and I know those of you who couldn't make it to the live call today are eager to receive the playback information for this Teleclass. Unfortunately, there was a glitch in the conference call service, and the audio podium did not record the Teleclass. Luckily, Kathy and I had decided beforehand that we would like to put the MP3 recording on our own websites, in addition to the audio podium. So, Kathy had recorded the entire call with her own equipment. Yay! Kathy saved the day!
As soon as Kathy gets a chance to edit the MP3 recording, she will send out the follow-up emails to everyone who had registered for the Teleclass. Please stay tuned. I will keep you posted on when I obtain the MP3 file and put it on my website too.
In the meantime, Kathy is offering a special report "10 Daily Habits for High Energy Living". Please send her an email to request it, and also check out her upcoming Teleclass.
Don't forget to also download your FREE Intensive Self-Care Kit from my website. Check out What's New for my upcoming events.
