My good friend Kathy Atkinson at Creative Life Coaching offered a special Teleclass "Activate Your Personal Power with EFT" last weekend.
During this interactive teleclass, she used EFT, the Emotional Freedom Technique, to release any fear that prevents you from activating all of your personal power.
