As a Certified Empowerment Coach, I help my clients define their vision and goals, create a step-by-step action plan, offer tools & resources, and keep them motivated until they reach their goals.

Class Schedule

The Teleseminar Series is scheduled to start Thursday March 20th, 2008. The live calls are on Mondays at 8:30 pm EST for a period of 10 weeks.

    These days, a quick fix won't cut it at all. These solutions are not for long-term results and they can sometimes end up more frustrating. Losing weight for example is one thing. If you exercise and really take care of yourself, you don't only end up with your desired weight. You also get a lot of health benefits from exercising itself!
